TRX training
A training with the weight of own body wherein the difficulty of exercise is affected only by the inclination of the body to the mat. A set of exercises for a full body workout with the emphasis on the major muscle groups.
- 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, 40 minutes training on the TRX, Tabata
- Capacity of 4 people

BOSU a TRX
A training with the weight of own body with an emphasis on strengthening the body's core muscles, using balance platforms and gymnastic balls.
- 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, 40 minutes training on a BOSU and TRX, Tabata
- Capacity of 6 people

Circuit Training Workout
A training in Workout cage with the weight of own body and with TRX, kettlebells, Bosu, expanders and medicine ball.
- 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, 40 minutes workout in Workout cage, 10 minutes stretching or spinal workout
- Capacity of 6 people

Cardio Zone Weight Loss
Training on cardio machines.
- rowing machine, elliptical, exercise bike, treadmills, changing machines each 15 minutes, training in the zone of HR 60-70% of maximum heart rate - perfect for body fat reduction
- Capacity 5 people

Strength Training
on machines and with dumbbells and barbells. This lesson deals with the development of major large muscle groups to increase strength and muscle mass.
- 10 minutes of warm-up in the cardio zone, 50 minutes of own workout
- Capacity of 5 people

Circuit strength training on 6-8 stations
A body fat reduction training at high intensity without breaks ended by intensive Tabata.
- 10 minutes warm-up cardio, 40 minutes circuit training, Tabata
- Capacity of 6-8 people

Abs Attack
Training focused on abdominal muscles, exercising rectus, transverse and both oblique abdominal muscles and core body.
- 10 minutes cardio zone for warm-up, 40 minutes of abdominal muscles workout, 10 minutes spinal workout
- Capacity of 4 people

Stretching
The exercises should be performed approximately 60 minutes after completion of strength and any other training. Stretching and relaxing the muscles of the entire body, at the end a spinal exercise to relax back muscles, especially in the lumbar area.
