eFi Palace Hotel WELLNESS CENTRE
Dear guests, wellness – sauna season at eFi Fitness & Wellness starts on October 1, 2025,
and will be open until April 30, 2026. After this date, the standard wellness season will be closed.
However, we continue to offer the option of private wellness rental based on prior reservation using the form below. You can book the wellness area exclusively for yourself or your group of up to 10 people, at least 24 hours in advance.
Treat yourself to peace, privacy, and undisturbed relaxation exactly as you imagine it.

NOT ONLY FOR HOTEL GUESTS
A great opportunity for relaxation and exercise is available to our hotel guests and eFi Club members at the eFi Wellness & Fitness center.
FINNISH SAUNA
In our Finnish sauna, the heating phase is enhanced with relaxing music and subtle soothing lighting.
STEAM SAUNA
The positive effect on the respiratory tract in our steam bath is enhanced by eucalyptus aroma. Moist heat promotes better blood circulation, cleanses, and revitalizes the skin. Therefore, even those who care about healthy skin will appreciate the steam sauna.
RELAXATION ROOM
The wellness includes a relaxation room equipped with ergonomic loungers, offering visitors the opportunity to calm down and relax to the sound of relaxing music after a sauna or exercise.

COOLING AREA AND POOL
You can cool down under a bucket of cold water, an ice shower, an air jet on the outdoor terrace, or use the outdoor cooling pool.
The pool is accessible free of charge only for hotel guests during the summer season from 7 AM to 10 PM.
In the winter season, the pool is accessible only as part of the wellness entry as a cooling pool.
RENTAL OPTION
Rental of the entire wellness area for groups (1-10 people): 3000 CZK / 2 hours
Towels and sheets are included in the price.
Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance at the following times:
Mon-Sat: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sun 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
