ABOUT THE BREWERY
In a three-vessel brewhouse of Czech production, we brew beer in several styles and flavours for you. We brew exclusively from the best ingredients on the market and with the maximum possible share of manual work. We do not rush anything; modern technology helps us only where it does not harm the quality.
EFI OSMIČKA
Despite its low alcohol content, it surprises with a distinctive taste and refined bitterness.
It serves perfectly as a summer refreshment, gives strength during hard work and leaves no consequences after an evening of drinking.
IBU: 24 EPM: 8 % wt. Alc. 3.4 % vol.
EFI DESÍTKA
EFI Desítka is an honest and highly drinkable classic in which we did not spare the hops. We brew it to its original gravity from Žatec hops and Czech malt. It looks great and tastes even better.
IBU: 26 EPM: 10 % wt. Alc. 4.0 % vol.
EFI DVANÁCTKA
EFI Dvanáctka is a perfectly balanced touchstone for every brewer. Together with Desítka, it is the flagship of our brewery. We brew it to its original gravity from Žatec hops and Czech malt. It is an excellent companion for the whole evening.
Taste the winner among beers from EFI Brewery. Our EFI Dvanáctka was awarded a silver medal at international level. This award, which EFI Dvanáctka received for the second time already, the first success came in 2022 and the second in 2024, represents important recognition for the EFI brand, which has ensured that quality and taste are embodied in this golden brew. EFI NEW ZEALAND PALE ALE
EFI New Zealand Pale Ale is an exceptionally fresh, light pale beer with a pronounced citrus aroma of New Zealand Rakau, Wai-iti and Wakau hop varieties. A citrus bomb that is a joy to drink. An amazingly drinkable concert of New Zealand hops.
IBU: 25 EPM: 12 % wt. Alc. 5.0 % vol.
EFI IRISH STOUT
EFI Irish Stout is a nobly bitter and impenetrably black Irish classic. Part of Irish national identity, a deep black bitter beer suitable for an evening of drinking. Honestly hopped with the valued British Challenger variety.
IBU: 30 EPM: 11 % wt. Alc. 4.6 % vol.
EFI AMERICAN IPA
EFI American IPA is a popular overseas beer full of aromatic hops. A properly bitter and full-flavoured strong beer that stands out with its pronounced floral aroma thanks to the Amarillo and Azacca hop varieties used.
IBU: 50 EPM: 14 % wt. Alc. 6 % vol.
EFI CASCADIAN DARK ALE
EFI Cascadian Dark Ale is a distinctly bitter dark beer with an intense hop aroma. It is a dark version of American IPA! Roasted and chocolate malts together with aromatic Cascade and Citra hops provide an extraordinary taste experience.
IBU: 55 EPM: 15 % wt. Alc. 6.5 % vol.
EFI PŠENICE
This is a very pale beer with a high content of wheat malt and a typical aroma of bananas and cloves.
For our EFI Pšenice, we used 50 % wheat malt brought directly from a German malt house and Hallertau hops, which are also a typical German variety.
IBU: 15 EPM: 11 % wt. Alc. 4.9 % vol.
EFI X-mas Beaer
An aromatic Christmas milk stout for winter days. 9 types of malt were used in its production, giving the beer a flavour reminiscent of sour cherries in dark chocolate. The beer was further softened with oat flakes and lactose, giving it a silky sweetness. To add a Christmas atmosphere, it was further refined with a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon.
IBU: 24 EPM: 16 % wt. Alc. 6.3 % vol.
EFI CIDER
Our EFI Cider is made from pure apple must from a Moravian cider press. No aromas, colourings or added sugar were used in its production.
Alc. 4.5 % vol.
EFI Summer Ale
Thanks to its light body, lower alcohol content and pleasant bitterness, it is ideal for drinking on hot summer days. Our unique selection of hops will take you on a summer journey around the world. This beer uses hop varieties originating from America, through Africa, all the way to Australia. An honest dose of these hops used for dry hopping gives the beer a fresh character and transports you to a sunny beach even in the heated centre of Brno.
IBU: 20 EPM: 10 % wt. Alc. 4.1 % vol.
EFI Tmavá jedenáctka
A dark variant of a classic Czech lager. Thanks to roasted and caramel malts, it has a pleasant full body with a coffee-like finish in the taste. Honest hop bitterness is provided by the Sládek and Žatecký poloraný červeňák hop varieties, which must not be missing from any Czech lager.
IBU: 29 EPM: 11 % wt. Alc. 4.3 % vol.
EFI New England IPA
EFI New England IPA stands out with a full velvety body, lower carbonation and a straw colour.
Hopping with Citra, Sabro and Simcoe varieties gives this beer a pronounced citrus aroma with tones of tropical fruit and coconut. A strong pale beer. Top-fermented.
IBU: 25 EPM: 15 % wt. Alc. 5.5 % vol.
EFI Brünner ležák
A lager brewed using the traditional double-mash method with a balanced taste. Its golden colour combines with pleasant bitterness and a delicate hop aroma. Everything is underlined by a full malt body.
