eFi Wellness & Fitness

Fitness opening hours: Mon - Sun 7 am – 10 pm, wellness: Mon - Sun 4 pm – 10 pm.

Wellness winter season (1.10.- 30.4.) - saunas are open on Mon-Sun from 4 pm to 10 pm. Saunas can be used also from 10 am to 16 pm if you request 30 minutes in advance. You can place an order at the hotel reception desk or call: tel. 515 555 500, from your hotel room Dialling 100, 101. Group bookings are possible. Private use of sauna is 1500 CZK per 1 hour.

Capacity: Finnish sauna - 8 persons, steam sauna - 5 persons.

We’re offering our hotel guests and members of the e-Finance Club fitness activities and pleasant rest in eFi Wellness & Fitness Centre. eFi Wellness & Fitness centre is located in the courtyard of the eFi Palace complex. Park your car comfortably on the hotel parking lot just a few steps from the entrance.

Our fitness equipment features for users are for beginners up to professionals. There is equipment for common workouts as well as for modern workouts such as TRX system, Cross workout or Bosu Core. We recommend eFiFresh juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables. More »
