Article I. Basic Provisions

  1. The operator of the eFi Gym fitness centre, located within the eFi Palace Hotel, Bratislavská 234/52, 602 00 Brno, is eFi Palace, s.r.o., Company ID: 29378702, with its registered office at Bratislavská 234/52, 602 00 Brno. These Visitor Rules govern the basic rules of entry, use of the fitness centre, visitor conduct, payment for services, parking, training with a trainer, liability, and personal data protection. Opening hours, prices, and the scope of services are governed by the operator's current price list and information.

Article II. Entry, Identification, and Access Medium

  1. Entry to eFi Gym is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age. Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering, unless the operator stipulates otherwise in writing for a specific event or regime.
  2. Entry is permitted only to persons with a validly paid single entry, a valid membership, or other entry authorisation approved by the operator.
  3. When purchasing a single entry, a membership, or during verification of entry authorisation, the visitor is required to present a valid ID card, passport, or other official identity document. The identity document is used solely to verify the visitor's identity and to scan or record the necessary identification data via a reader or other appropriate means.
  4. Each visitor may be issued an access medium for entry purposes. A refundable deposit of 50 CZK is charged for the issued access medium, unless otherwise stated in the current price list. The deposit is returned upon the proper return of an undamaged and functional access medium.
  5. The access medium is non-transferable. The visitor must not allow entry to another person, hand over the access medium to them, let them in behind them into the fitness centre area, or otherwise circumvent the access system.
  6. At the request of the operator, reception, or another authorised person, the visitor is required to prove that they are in eFi Gym legitimately, in particular by presenting the access medium, proof of payment, or identity document to the necessary extent. A person who fails to prove valid authorisation, violates the rules, harasses or endangers others, or refuses reasonable cooperation may be expelled from the premises without entitlement to a refund of the entry fee. If they fail to leave the premises after being asked to do so, the operator may request the assistance of security services, the municipal police, or the Police of the Czech Republic.
  7. The visitor is obliged to immediately notify the operator or reception of the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of the access medium. Until such notification, the visitor bears liability for damage caused by misuse of the access medium to the extent stipulated by legal regulations.

Article III. Payment for Services, Memberships

  1. The visitor pays for entry, membership, refreshments, goods, and other services according to the operator's current price list. A single entry, membership, or other benefit entitles the visitor to use services only to the extent stipulated by the price list or an agreement with the operator.
  2. Non-payment for entry, goods, or services, an attempt at unauthorised entry, unauthorised use of a membership, or circumvention of the payment or access system constitutes a material breach of the rules and may lead to exclusion from the premises, blocking of access, and the claiming of damages.

Article IV. Operation Without Permanent Staff and Safety

  1. eFi Gym may be operated wholly or partially without permanent staff directly present in the fitness centre area. The visitor works out with regard to their state of health, physical condition, and knowledge of the correct use of the equipment. Persons with health limitations or those with doubts about the suitability of exercising are advised to consult a doctor.
  2. The visitor is obliged to use the equipment only in a safe and customary manner. In the event of an injury, illness, technical fault, fire, accident, or other emergency, they are obliged to immediately contact reception, the operator, or the emergency line. Important numbers: 112, 155, 150, 158, 156.
  3. The visitor is liable for damage caused by a breach of these rules, improper use of equipment, enabling the unauthorised entry of another person, damage to the access medium, or other illegal conduct. They are obliged to immediately report any damage, fault, injury, or emergency to the operator or reception.
  4. The visitor is obliged to store personal belongings only in designated areas. The operator is liable for damage to visitors' belongings only to the extent stipulated by legal regulations.

Article V. Rules of Conduct in the Fitness Centre

  1. The visitor is obliged to behave considerately, quietly, and in a disciplined manner so as not to disturb other visitors, invade their personal space, or restrict them during exercise, particularly through loud talking, shouting, excessive grunting, or other disruptive behaviour.
  2. When a client trains with a trainer, the client and the trainer together may use only one exercise station or one piece of equipment and must not simultaneously occupy additional equipment or areas.
  3. The visitor is obliged to wear clean sportswear, clean sports shoes, and to use a towel. After use, they are obliged to return equipment to its designated place and to clean or disinfect contact surfaces using available means.
  4. It is prohibited to use equipment roughly, drop weights, intentionally bang into machines, block passageways and escape routes, or perform exercises that endanger persons or property.
  5. Entry under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances is prohibited, as is bringing alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass, pyrotechnics, flammable substances, and other dangerous items onto the premises, smoking including electronic cigarettes, and entry with animals, with the exception of assistance dogs.
  6. Taking photographs, videos, or audio recordings of other persons without their consent is prohibited. In changing rooms, showers, toilets, and similar areas, recording is prohibited at all times.
  7. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry or expel from the premises persons who behave inappropriately or whose attire or conduct does not comply with the rules of the establishment and good manners.

Article VI. Training with a Trainer

  1. Training with an external trainer is permitted only with an approved trainer who has entered into a separate contract with the operator.
  2. A client training with a trainer pays for their own entry or uses their own valid membership according to the current price list. The fee paid by the trainer does not replace the client's entry fee, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  3. The trainer must not allow entry to a person without valid entry authorisation, must not circumvent the access system, and is responsible for organising the training session and for their client's compliance with the rules to the extent stipulated by the contract with the trainer and legal regulations.

Article VII. Refreshments, Goods, and Payments in the Fitness Area

  1. The visitor may purchase refreshments, drinks, additional items, or other goods offered by the operator. They are obliged to pay for the goods taken according to the set sales or payment system.
  2. Bringing one's own food and drinks into the fitness centre is prohibited, with the exception of water or an isotonic drink in a resealable, non-breakable bottle. Glass containers are prohibited.
  3. The visitor is obliged to maintain tidiness, dispose of packaging and waste in designated places, and not leave food, drinks, or packaging by machines, in changing rooms, or on exercise floors.

Article VIII. Parking

  1. Visitors may use the operator's car park only to the extent stipulated by the current price list, operational information, and traffic signage within the complex.
  2. Free or discounted parking is intended exclusively for the duration of actual exercise or the use of a related service at eFi Gym, for a maximum of 3 hours per calendar day, unless expressly stipulated otherwise by the operator.
  3. Parking outside exercise hours, overnight parking, long-term vehicle storage, parking outside marked spaces, or misuse of parking authorisation is prohibited.

Article IX. Final Provisions

  1. These rules are binding on all visitors to eFi Gym.
  2. The current Visitor Rules are posted at the entrance to eFi Gym, available at the eFi Palace Hotel reception, and published on the operator's website.
  3. These rules were approved on 29 May 2026 and come into effect on 1 June 2026.
